A sacred facilitator, teacher, and mentor dedicated to guiding individuals toward their most authentic and embodied selves. My work weaves the ancient with the modern, creating a powerful alchemy that allows for deep healing, transformation, and empowerment.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the mysteries of life—the cycles of nature, the whispers of the unseen, and the innate wisdom within our bodies. This curiosity has led me on a lifelong journey, embracing roles as a Plant Medicine Facilitator, Tantric Teacher, and Certified Trauma and Somatic Practitioner. Over the years, I have cultivated a unique and integrative approach to healing, one that honors the sacred while being firmly rooted in the realities of modern life.

Through my personal healing journey, I’ve come to understand the power of reclaiming our essence—especially as women. Society often imposes stories, expectations, and conditioning that pull us away from the truth of who we are. For many of us, the disconnection is so deep it feels normal. I’ve walked this path myself, and it’s through that journey of remembering, releasing, and realigning that I’ve found my purpose: to help others find their way home to themselves.
